Human Papilloma Ciruses (HPV) is a virus that infects humans. Some of the effects of the virus are associated with sexually transmitted diseases (STD's).
Over one hundred strains of the virus have been identified by Scientists. Most of these strains are harmless. Some of these strains can produce common skin warts which appear on the hands and feet. Approximately thirty strains are spread through sexual contact. Some of these thirty
can cause visible warts known as genital warts, while others can cause cervical and genital cancer.
HPV greatly outnumbers other std's making it the most common sexually transmitted infection. An estimated 80% of sexually active adults are infected with one or more genital HPV strains at some point in their life. The vast majority of infected people suffer no side effects from the virus, which means that most of these people don't even know that they are infected. This lack of knowledge doesn't stop them from infecting others though. The immune system is usually able to clear the virus from the body within a year. After the virus is cleared from the body, that individual person is
immune to that particular strain of HPV.
HPV is almost an unavoidable and invisible result of sexual activity. For this reason, most health authorities recommend that women have an annual pap smear following their first sexual activity, to ensure early detection of cervical cancer.
The only safe way to prevent HPV transmission is to abstain from any contact with the genitals of others. Not even "safe sex", the use of Condoms, can provide complete protection from the virus. It's not advisable to just practice safe sex. Perfect Abstinence!

Private Domain Names
by: Jacky Kong
When you register a domain name, ICANN (the domain names governing body) requires that your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number are made publicly available. Anyone can see your personal information using a Whois lookup anywhere and anytime. Spammers and junk mailers often search through the Whois database to create mailing lists. That's right. Your personal information is exposed 24 hours a day to these people.
The easiest solution to this problem is of course to use Private Domain Names to protect your contact information.
How does Private Domain Names work?
This service will replace your contact information with the service provider's. They will forward any correspondence to you, after filtering out all the spams and junk emails. The cost for this service varies. My domain name registrar GoDaddy (World Largest Domain Registrars) charges $8.95 per year for this service. However,...

Hide Your Need For Reading Correction With No Line Bifocal Reading Glasses
by: Steve Cogger
The mention of bifocal glasses can cause one to build a mental picture of an old person, possibly Grandma or Grandpa.
The idea that you need bifocals may seem damaging to your ego - you might feel like you are getting old and everyone will notice. This is just not true anymore. New innovations in lenses have produced a new no-line bifocal.
Reading glasses often become a must for those over forty due to a natural condition called presbyopia.
Presbyopia is a hardening of the eyes lens that decreases its flexibility, causing problems with nearsightedness.
People who do not wear glasses for other vision issues will correct the problem by buying a pair of reading glasses.
If you wear glasses normally your doctor will suggest adding a bifocal to your normal lens.
Bifocal lenses have a small section of the lens made...

How To Get Your Contact Details Across: When The Organisers Won?t Let You
by: Sean D'Souza
Have you ever spoken at an event and they won?t allow you to give your details? Have you gone on the radio and they forget to announce where you can be contacted?
If your contact details are left out or if you?re prevented from giving information, you?ll need to play the game a little smarter.
Understand that most reporters/radio announcers/organisers are quite accomodating. They understand that you?re giving your valuable time in exchange for the publicity. But often enough you?ll run into someone who?s power drunk or whose organisation just won?t budge.
And here?s what I?ve done. And you can do too.
Refer to your product or service many times in the speech. Give an example and say how that particular example coincides with the example on Page 34 or Page 65. Or in the third CD of your 20 CD Workshop.
Or the FREE Report you gave...
Facts about Dog Agility and Equipment
by: Brad Carlson
Dog agility trials are becoming more and more popular the world over. They began in England, as so many good things, do, but "agility fever" quickly spread all over the globe. Now there are clubs and events everywhere that there are dogs.
Some clubs include the Kennel Club (in the U.K.), the United States Dog Agility Association (USDAA), the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the Agility Association of Canada (AAC). However, you need not be affiliated with or even live near a club or training facility to enjoy the sport of dog agility
Dogs are intelligent creatures, and they love a challenge. As the aforementioned kennel clubs are well aware, every breed has its own strengths and assets, both physically and intellectually. It's great fun to explore what your dog can do, and even train for competitions!
Even if you train your dog on your own dog agility course, and don't wish to...

Growing Your Business With Your Marketing Priorities
by: Charlie Cook
None of us have enough time in the day to get everything done, but small business owners and entrepreneurs like you are particularly pressed. You wear so many hats; there is a seemingly infinite list of tasks to accomplish each day, from providing services to clients, managing product distribution and delivery, to keeping accounting in order.
You try to fit in some marketing when you can, but you're not sure which activities are essential to do each week or each month to build a steady stream of clients. You make some calls, send out a mailing or put up a web site, but you still have that nagging feeling that if you knew which marketing activities translated into the most new business, you could be more successful.
You want more clients or, if not more clients, higher paying clients. So, what are the most important marketing tasks to do in order to attract more of the...

Handling Rejection
by: Allan Cowley
Everybody suffers rejection at some time or another in their life. The first step in handling rejection is to recognise that rejection is a necessary part of our private and professional lives. No success is achievable without encountering rejection of some form along the way. It encourages us to hone our skills.
Let me use an example. Imagine that you are the author of a novel. In order to get your novel published you are going to have to send a manuscript to as many publishers as possible. Unless you get lucky, you are likely to have a very high rejection rate. However, this should not be viewed as failure, but merely as a part of the natural process of success. Every road to success includes backward steps as well as forward.
Publishing is famous for the high rates of rejection that new authors encounter. If the publishers you have been in contact with are complimentary about your work, then you...
